High efficiency solar collectors
Songut’s solar collectors SG23 and SG25 stand out for their elegant finish and durability. Their superior quality has been put to the test in many countries for over ten years.
The collectors are available in horizontal or vertical designs.
The shell is made of a single piece of aluminum that resists sharp temperature changes and guarantees maximum longevity.
All collectors come equipped with rear and side insulation that improves performance during the winter months and reduces heat loss in environments of drastic temperature changes.
The rear insulation is made of a rock wool blanket, 50mm and 60mm thick.
The solar crystal is transparent and very resistant to hail.
The absorber plate is made of a single piece of aluminum with highly selective coating and the copper tubes for water circulation that are strongly wielded together. The tubes and the absorber plate are attached with a laser.
Installation options
Songut provides all types of mounts for the solar collectors, although the most common are fixed roof mounts at a 45º angle. All mounts are supplied with set screws or mounting strips.
All fixtures are made of aluminum.
Both the SG23V and SG25V collectors can be installed directly onto the roof. Songut supplies roof installation sets for every collector design.
